On May 31 the Charles H. Besly Company and Beloit Iron

Works exchange property under which the Beloit Iron Works ac-

quired all land and buildings presently occupied by Besly Company

on Third Street in exchange for 20.68 acres of land situated in

South Beloit, the property of the Iron Works. This left remaining

of the former fairgrounds 25.32 acres.
