"Beloit International Corporation" formed in January as a Venezuela

Corporation with export offices in South Beloit, Illinois, was established

February 6 with Harry Co Moore, president, and John MacWain, office

manager.

South America:

Benjamin Reagan, assistant to controller an able linguist, was

killed over Caracas, Venezuela when the plane in which he was a passen-

ger crashed into a mountain side. Mr. Reagan was to establish Beloit

International office in South America.

Harry C. Moore, president, made a trip to Africa in July.
