Machine (Beloit's 143) for the Consolidated Water Power and Paper |

Company was placed in operation. This proved one of the first paper machines |

to exceed the speed of 1000 f..p.m and was equipped with the first removable |

fourdrinier comprising five removable sections. The machine ran with a plain |
||||||
|
couch and plain press rolls. |

formerly utilized as a fair grounds to which at a later date was added a piece of |

land 2,09 acres. The main fair ground building was used for the storage of |

obsolete or seldom used patterns. |
