This is a blow up of the blackboard area in the upper right of the photo just above the gear sketch. It looks like someone was giving a stock tip. The writing appears to say "Get Rich -Buy a Diamond (?), In 26 years you will have $ 1,8?? if their are suckers enough - without further risk." Obviously the quote is not complete as some text is off the edge of the photo.
