Renovation of the Beloit Buildings

Bagnato and Dennis Hays during a tour of the buildings November 1, 2003. The BIW
buildings are being renovated by the Hendriks Development Group. Tim Weeden, Director of
Government Affairs for the group was kind enough to take us through the
buildings. We were permitted to take photos and use them on our web sites.

The buildings are in various phases of renovation, some complete and occupied by new tenants. Many of the offices have been renovated to the point where it is difficult to identify the original area we were in. Beloiters that occupied the buildings and offices may be able to identify their work areas. Visitors from paper mills may not be able to do so. We welcome comments concerning these photos. |
