We have received feedback that a few people have experienced problems running their Finishing & Converting Net Microsoft Excel based freeware programs. Problems and fixes are listed below.
Verify your MSExcel version:
We attempt to match the Excel version that is compatible with
the Excel version you requested. At the Excel menu, select HELP
then ABOUT MICROSOFT EXCEL to verify the version and for other
information. If you ordered the incorrect version, reorder the
correct version.
Some MSExcel versions have additional
version information in the help program: Select
HELP at the Excel menu, select MICROSOFT EXCEL HELP TOPICS. Select
the INDEX TAB and enter the key word VERSION. Select DISPLAY.
This returns additional information concerning your current Excel
operating environment.
Loss of formatting: Versions Excel 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0 are saved from Excel 7.0. In some cases the Excel 7.0 formatting may be modified or lost. If you have a problem with any of the versions, please contact us and we will try to solve the problem.
If the file will not run on your version of Excel and you have the correct program version: Go to http://www.microsoft.com or http://www.download.com/ and download a file named ExcelViewer: This is a free Microsoft program that will work with most versions of Excel. We have experimented with the ExcelViewer and it worked successfully on every version we tested. The only drawback is an additional step in the process-a small inconvenience to make your program operable.
If these steps do not help you to run the program
contact us by E-mail at
lbagnato@citicom.com:
We will attempt to reformat your version of the file and send
a newly minted file that you can try on your PC.
